Lindsay grew up in New Albany, Indiana and graduated from New Albany High School in 2002. She started dancing at age 2 at Becky Seiler Dance Studio where she trained in musical theater, jazz, tap, ballet, pointe, and lyrical. She attended classes at the Louisville Ballet and the UofL Dance Academy. She was also a member of the New Albany High School Bulldolls dance team while being part of the very first National Championship team for Bulldolls her senior year.
After graduating high school, Lindsay moved to Bloomington, Indiana and attended Indiana University where she graduated with her Bachelor of Arts degree in Telecommunications and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications & Culture with a minor in Business in 2006. While attending Indiana University, she coached the Bloomington North High School dance team for 3 seasons.
After college, Lindsay moved around the midwest and coached different high schools for 5 seasons. When she moved back home, she coached the Bellarmine University dance team. She was apart of their first National Championship in Daytona, Florida in 2015.
