Beginning at the age of four, Alex started taking studio lessons and couldn't get enough. She decided to branch out and join the school dance team, which ended up being one of the greatest decisions she's ever made. She spent four years on Scott County High School Dance Team as captain and soon realized she wanted to continue pushing herself to become a collegiate dancer.
Alex was a member of the Bellarmine University dance team for four years, holding the spirit captain position for the last two. While on the Bellarmine dance team, she helped lead Bellarmine University to it's first ever National Championship Title in team routine.
After graduating with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Exercise Science, she began employment at Bluegrass Center for Autism and she was an Assistant Coach for the New Albany High School Bulldolls during their 2017-2018 season. As a coach and instructor, she thrives by sharing her passion and love for dance while pushing others to find theirs as well.
